Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos or a video of the parcel and product.

Non-Returnable Products
Opened, used, or damaged products caused by the customer cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Approval
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment method.

Shipping Charges
Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Results May Vary
Individual results may vary. A product cannot be returned only because the expected result was not achieved.
